Tuckerton

Tuckerton is the primary location of Landis Logistics, housing the administrative offices and also qualifying as Landis’s primary food grade warehouse. Food grade warehouse means, “[…] all places where foods are prepared, kept or stored shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition and be protected from dust, dirt, insects and vermin in the manner prescribed by the regulations of the department.” (3 Pa.C.S.A. § 5710. Retail food facility and employee cleanliness). This facility also has temperature regulating equipment and subject to USDA inspection.

Stone Pointe

The Stone Point facility is a new facility with spaces both big and small. The Stone Point facility ships both bulk and fulfilment products. Stone Point is equipped to ship small packages with the Automated Bagging machine. The Automated Bagging machine can ship 2,000 + small packages per day and gives the customers the most efficient price per package. The Stone Point facility has 80,000 square feet to dedicate to the customers who do not need food grade warehousing.

Landis also has two more facilities for overflow, which are also food grade regulated. Landis is growing and morphing into a diverse warehouse. Landis is looking forward to the future technology can bring to warehousing and logistics like the Automated Bagging machine.
