Rob Tompkins became President and Chief Executive Officer of the Landis Company in July 2008, assuming principal ownership of the company from its founder, Richard Landis. Over the course of his 12 year career in the fulfillment and supply chain industry, Rob has built a distinguished record of accomplishment. He heads Landis having previously served in leadership positions at some of the top organizations in the fulfillment business.

Most recently, Rob was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at EchoData Group, a third party fulfillment company in Coatesville, PA. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Sales in the eastern U.S. region for Aero Fulfillment Services (Mason, OH). At Aero, Rob managed strategic selling and growth activities on the east coast and was responsible for accounts that totaled more than 30% of the company's revenue.

Before Aero, Rob was President and General Manager of Resolve Corporation – Philadelphia Division (Norristown, PA), formerly known as DDS Harris, Ltd.  In this role, he was responsible for day to day management of a $10 Million division of an industry leading marketing support services and fulfillment company. He joined the company in January 2000 as Sales Manager and was eventually promoted to President in less than three years.

Rob has particular expertise in fulfillment operations and sales in the consumer products and pharmaceutical industries. He holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from St. Lawrence University (New York).
