As customers' needs shifted and new technologies spurred growth and change in the fulfillment industry, Landis expanded its suite of solutions to keep pace with new opportunities and requirements in the marketplace. In 2008, the company's original founder Richard Landis retired, turning over ownership and leadership of the organization to Robert F. Tompkins, a veteran of the Third Party Logistics industry. The company's driving mission remained steadfast and focused: managing customers' programs on-time, on-budget, and at the highest level of accuracy and efficiency.
